We try to get back to everyone within one business day, usually sooner. If it's truly urgent, call us instead of filling out the form - we'll do our best to squeeze you in. That said, if you reach out Friday evening, you'll probably hear from us Monday morning.

Don't stress too much about this. Any relevant documents you've got - contracts, correspondence, patents, whatever's related to your issue. If you don't have everything organized yet, that's fine. We can always follow up. Just bring yourself and a clear head to talk through what's happening.

Depends on what you need. Some stuff we can do flat-fee (like trademark filings or standard contract reviews), other things are hourly. We're upfront about costs before we start anything. For bigger projects, we can work out payment plans or alternative arrangements. You'll never get a surprise bill from us.

Absolutely - that's a big part of what we do. We get that you're watching every dollar, so we try to be practical about what actually needs legal attention right now versus what can wait. A lot of our clients started as one-person operations and grew from there. We're good at scaling with you.

Either way works. We've got a nice office in downtown Toronto if you wanna meet face-to-face, but honestly most of our consultations happen over video call these days. Whatever's easier for you. Some folks like coming in for the initial chat and then handling everything else remotely.

Sometimes people just need a bit of guidance or peace of mind. We're not gonna try to sell you services you don't need - that's not how we operate.
